Routine Maintenance
There are several simple maintenance procedures that we recommend you perform on a monthly basis.  Inspect the door springs, cables, pulleys, rollers, rails and hinges. Loose rails, rollers or hinges, unusual noises, or signs of abnormal wear and uneven movements are all signs of potential trouble, which should be checked out. Springs, chains and rollers should be lubricated on a regular basis.  Spray silicone or lightweight oils are best for these components.  Grease should not be applied to the rollers or rails.  Remember that overhead doors and automatic opening systems can cause serious injury if they are not handled carefully. Only those with the proper use of equipment can make the repairs and adjustments happen.
